Information you choose to provide
When you contact Preferred Client Group, Inc., information may include your name, contact details, location, investment interests, experience and optional indicative investment amount. A client application also requests your residential address, photo ID and proof of address. Joint applications include the other applicant’s details and documents. Further information may be required for verification, eligibility and account administration.
Application documents and email delivery
The client application sends your completed information in a PDF summary, together with your uploaded documents, to compliance@preferredclientgroupinc.com. The PDF and document attachments have no password. The application asks for your agreement to this delivery method. Contact compliance before submitting if you prefer a different method. Use an HTTPS connection when submitting the form. Do not enter SSNs, SINs, account passwords or banking instructions in text fields. The general contact form does not accept documents.
Your application and follow-up
Submitted field information, your consent choices and a list of the document types are stored privately in the website’s WordPress administration area for authorized administrators. Uploaded documents and the generated PDF are held temporarily outside the public website and removed after the email sending attempt; they are not added to the public media library. Copies delivered by email remain in the compliance mailbox and are subject to the firm’s retention arrangements. A general contact enquiry sends a reference and private administration link to the configured general enquiry address. Submission does not create an investment account.
Contact about your enquiry is separate from optional marketing updates. Selecting the optional updates box records your preference; it does not automatically subscribe you to an external mailing platform. If updates are sent, an unsubscribe option will be provided.
Technical information and third parties
Necessary site functionality may use cookies or similar technologies. Your privacy preferences are stored in your browser for up to 180 days. If you enable market displays, your browser connects to TradingView and its associated content providers, which may receive technical information such as your IP address. See the Cookie Information page for controls. No analytics service is installed by this website package.
Questions and requests
For questions about an application, personal information or a request to access or erase enquiry information, contact compliance@preferredclientgroupinc.com. Enquiry records should be retained only as needed for follow-up and applicable obligations. The firm can explain its retention arrangements on request.
